The chicken fillet is served together with vegetables. Boiled rise can be served additionally.
Spaghetti pumpkin with chicken

- 4 chicken fillets
- 1 leek
- 500g Spaghetti pumpkin
- 3 onions
- 1 red sweet pepper
- 2 garlic cloves
- 100g Parmesan cheese
- 100g Dor Blue cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 100ml sweet cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- dried thyme

- Press the garlic with the press. Grease the chicken fillet with garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil.
- Remove the spaghetti pumpkin seedling and greasethe pumpkin with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Both the chicken fillet and the pumpkin put in the oven to bake at 200C/392F for 20 minutes until the chicken fillet and spaghetti pumpkin becomes soft.
- Grate both sorts of the cheese.
- Cook the onions, pepper and leekon the pan until they become golden brown. Add 1/4 cup of water and 1/4 of the sweet cream, and the grated cheeses. Stir and heat for 2-3 minutes. Then add salt and pepper to taste, as well as dried thyme.
- Scratch with fork the pumpkin flesh to make strips similar to spaghetti pasta.
