Ingredients
- 750gfresh salmon
- 200gpumpkin
- 300gr broccoli
- 300gr cauliflower
- 1 onion
- 1 leek
- 2 lemons
- thyme
- ½ teaspoon sweet pepper powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- pepper to taste
Instructions
- Take 1 lemon and squeeze the juice. Grease the salmon with the olive oil and the lemon juice. Pour with pepper and salt. Put in the oven to bake for 10-15minutes at 180C/356F.
- Cut leek and onion in slices. Cut the pumpkin in big cubes. Break broccoli and cauliflower into small sockets. Put everything in a bowl; add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, thyme and pepper. Mix everything. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 180C/356F.
Notes
The salmon steak is served with hot vegetables. The lemon juice can be poured over the salad and salmon.
