Rich breakfast omelette

- 4 eggs
- 1 zucchini
- 2 onions
- 200g cheese
- 100g cherry tomatoes
- ½ cup milk
- olive oil
- pepper and salt to taste
Instructions
- Cut the onions fine and fry in a pan with oil for 2-3 minutes.
- Then add zucchini cut into cubes in a pan. Bake until onions and zucchini is golden brown (about 7-8 minutes).
- Add cherry tomatoes cut in halves.
- Stir eggs with milk, adding salt and pepper. Pour it all in the pan.
- Spread over the grated cheese. Put a lid on the pan and heat on a low heat for 5-7 minutes.
Notes
Omelette is ready to eat. Optionally, sprinkle with finely cut greens.
