Rich breakfast omelette

Rich breakfast omelette

Serves: 4 portions Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 onions
  • 200g cheese
  • 100g cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup milk
  • olive oil
  • pepper and salt to taste

  1. Cut the onions fine and fry in a pan with oil for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Then add zucchini cut into cubes in a pan. Bake until onions and zucchini is golden brown (about 7-8 minutes).
  3. Add cherry tomatoes cut in halves.
  4. Stir eggs with milk, adding salt and pepper. Pour it all in the pan.
  5. Spread over the grated cheese. Put a lid on the pan and heat on a low heat for 5-7 minutes.

Omelette is ready to eat. Optionally, sprinkle with finely cut greens.
