Pumpkin crème

- 140g pumpkin mash
- 140g fresh cheese
- 2 teaspoons gelatine
- 1teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- 4 tablespoons condensed milk with sugar
- 150g sweet cream
- 4 semi-large whole wheat biscuits
Instructions
- Whip pumpkin mash with fresh cheese, condensed milk and swelled gelatine (dissolved by heating), add cinnamon and grinded nutmeg.
- Whip sweet cream separately and mix it in the whipped mass of pumpkin and fresh cheese.
- Crumble biscuits and add to pumpkin crème.
