Hot vegetable salad with avocado dressing

- 200g pumpkin
- 300g Brusselssprouts
- 3 redsweetpepper
- 200g leafsofvariousfreshsalads
- oliveoil
- thyme
- oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the Brussels sprouts in half. Pumpkin and peppers cut into bigger cubes.
- Mix everything with olive oil, thyme, oregano, salt and pepper. Put everything on the pan in the oven 200C/392F. Bake for 10 minutes.
Notes
Put fresh salad leaves on the plate. Put hot vegetables on the salad leaves. And finish with avocado dressing on top
