Ingredients

  • 500g ginger
  • 2kg chili
  • 1 garlic bulb
  • 1 kg sugar
  • 300ml water
  • 2 table spoons salt

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients and put in the pot.
  2. Add water, sugar, and cook on low heat for 30 minutes.
  3. Pour into jars while hot, close jars immediately, store in a cool place.
