CHILI CHUTNEY

- 500g ginger
- 2kg chili
- 1 garlic bulb
- 1 kg sugar
- 300ml water
- 2 table spoons salt
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients and put in the pot.
- Add water, sugar, and cook on low heat for 30 minutes.
- Pour into jars while hot, close jars immediately, store in a cool place.
