Apple cake

- 4 average size apples
- 4 eggs
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon potato starch
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Peel apples, cut them into slices and mix with cinnamon.
- Mix together wheat flour and potato starch.
- Whip eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar. Then continue whipping and add the mixed flour gradually.
- Grease the metal cake form with butter or oil. Then place apple slices in it. Pour over a whipped mass and bake for 40 minutes at 180C.
Notes
Readiness of the cake is tested by inserting a wooden skewer. If the wooden skewer has pastry on it, the cake shall be baked for some time.
