- 300g soft boiled beets
 - 200g soft boiled carrots
 - 200g soft boiled potatoes
 - 200g pickled cucumbers
 - 2 garlic cloves
 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
 - Salt and pepper to taste

- Cut beets, potatoes, carrots and pickled cucumbers into small cubes.
 - Press garlic cloves through the garlic press.
 - Add olive oil, salt and pepper.
