Ingredients

  • 300g soft boiled beets
  • 200g soft boiled carrots
  • 200g soft boiled potatoes
  • 200g pickled cucumbers
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut beets, potatoes, carrots and pickled cucumbers into small cubes.
  2. Press garlic cloves through the garlic press.
  3. Add olive oil, salt and pepper.
  4. Mix thoroughly.
