Ingredients
- 100g fresh cranberries
- 100ml cranberry juice
- 150ml orange juice
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 50g fresh ginger
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 0.5l water
Instructions
- Blend cranberries. Cut ginger into thin slices.
- Put the blended cranberries, sliced ginger, orange juice, cranberry juice and sugar in the kettle. Heat and stir until boiling temperature, then strain the liquid through the fine strainer.
- Pour the strained liquid back into the kettle, add honey and water.
Notes
Use warm. Heat if necessary, but boiling is not recommended in order to preserve good qualities of the honey.
